PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND RETURN SIGNED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM.

This information applies to the base registration fee.
TYKES ONLY
Full refunds are given up till October 1st with no administration fee.
After October 1st an administration fee of $25.00 will be charged and your registration refund will be adjusted according to how many weeks you have played.
No refunds will be given after December 1st.
ALL OTHER DIVISIONS.
Full refunds are given up till October 1st with a $10.00 administration fee.
HOW TO GET A REFUND.
You have to put your refund in writing (email) with your child’s name, reason for refund, and mailing address.
Then send it to the TSMHA treasurer at [email protected]
