2020-21 Season - Final Update
Submitted By Lee Walton on Sunday, April 11, 2021
Dear Members,
While the OHF and OMHA have extended the 2020-21 season until the end of May, our plans have been disrupted again with another provincial lockdown...

Unfortunately, the decision has been taken completely out of our hands - it is with a heavy heart that we announce TSMHA will be unable to finish the Fall Session or provide additional development skates to the end of May.  Sadly, this officially closes the 2020-21 season.

On behalf of the TSMHA Board Of Directors, we appreciate the support of all parents, players, coaches, volunteers staff and the Town of Tecumseh, all of who worked extremely hard this past year to make this season a success.  With every challenge met, we collectively persevered and found ways to not only adapt and make it work, but maintain health and safety at all times.  We can’t thank you enough for your dedication to our organization!

It is our hope that the 2021-22 season will bring back most of the normalcy and familiarities we are used to seeing as the province works to get vaccines into arms and the COVID-19 situation under control.  The current plan from the OMHA is to begin the season in September - our house league program would begin as normal but our rep programs will be delayed somewhat as all tryouts won’t be permitted to begin until the 2nd or 3rd week of September.  While things can change, we will provide more information as it becomes available, communicating to you through our website and emails.

Registration for the 2021-22 season will open in June and we provide ample notice and reminders as we get closer to that time.

We look forward to seeing all of you again at the rink and on the ice - until then, stay safe!
