In accordance with our bylaws, members in good standing attending our online AGM next Monday, July 27, 2020 may utilize up to 3 proxy votes. Below is a link to the proxy form that must be signed and emailed to our Director of Communications, Joe Oldridge by Saturday, July 25th at 7pm.
This form may be sent in any format that allows for signatures to be clearly distinguished (online form, pdf, jpg, etc.) and should be sent to [email protected]
