Initiation Team Green Pays it Forward
Submitted By Joe Oldridge on Wednesday, February 26, 2020
This past Sunday, the IP Green Team hosted a representative from the Regional Children's Center at Tecumseh Arena.  After their ice time, Tammy Drazilov spoke to the team and their families about the RCC.  She explained that RCC works with children who are having a hard time with their mental health.  The kids were very receptive and so were their parents.  Our kids donated 25 tickets to an upcoming Spitfires game that will be provided to families that the RCC works with.

The Green team is playing an intermission mini-game March 19 during a Spits game.  These tickets were donated to them by Tim Horton's and they decided to pay it forward. Thanks to this kind gesture, several families receiving support through the Regional Children's Centre will be able to attend a Spits Game!
