2019/2020 Travel Coach Evaluations
Attention Parents:
Travel coach evaluation forms are now online. We are asking our parents to please take the time to fill out the evaluation forms for their respective team coaches and staff. These evaluations provide an important insight into our travel program from the view point of the parents and players. These evaluations will be kept confidential. The coaches do not get to see this feedback. With coach interviews and selections on the horizon your input will help us make informed decisions for the future of our travel program.
