Should you not be able to attend and would like to have a member proxy for you, please fill out the attached Proxy Form (as outlined in the document) and drop off in the TSMHA mailbox, located on the west side of the main lobby stairwell at Tecumseh Arena before 10:00am on March 28, 2019.
