Novice AA / Novice AE (7's) Seasons Conclude
Submitted By Lee Walton on Saturday, March 25, 2017
Congratulations to both Coach Price & Coach Truppe, along with their respective coaching staff on an amazing 16/17 season!

Novice Major AA

All the hard work over the last two years has paid off for the Novice Major AA Eagles, advancing to the OMHA finals against Belle River.  The series concluded Friday night with Belle River clinching the series 3-1 after a hard fought battle by both teams.  Exceptional team play and even a bigger spirit resonated throughout Tecumseh Arena all series long.  These 2 teams brought out the best in each other and put on quite a show!  Congratulations to our Novice AA Eagles on all their accomplishments and a phenomenal season!

Novice AE Select 7's

The Novice AE Select 7 team battled Belle River's Novice AE1 for rights to the OMHA West region finals. Our Eagles have fought hard in very close games against this team all year, but have not yet managed to beat this tough group of Canadiens.  The series concluded the past Wednesday evening in front of a ruckus crowd at Tecumseh Arena, fighting tooth and nail to the very end.  Belle River clinched the series by a score of 3-2 in the final game.   These kids fought hard for each other all year long, an exceptional season for our Select 7's.  Congratulations!

Our Eagles want to thank all those who came out to support them both this week and all season long!
