Coaching Philosophy:
For Jeff, hockey is about much more than wins and losses. It’s about developing good teammates, leaders, and people. His coaching style emphasizes accountability, mutual respect, and a strong family atmosphere on and off the ice.
“We want our players to treat each other the way they want to be treated. You can’t go far in hockey if you’re not a good teammate.”
Team Environment:
The U15 A Eagles under Coach Jeff foster a family-style team culture where players are encouraged to support one another and lead by example. Expectations are set early: show respect, give consistent effort, and wear the Eagles jersey with pride.
Why TSMHA?
“I’ve coached here for 9 years and both of my sons played here. Tecumseh has that small-town feel, and everyone is proud to be part of the Eagles.”
Off the Ice:
Outside of hockey, Jeff enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with family.
