The Tecumseh-Shoreline Minor Hockey Association (TSMHA) is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Board of Directors. Elections will take place at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), with the date still to be determined.
This is your chance to get involved and help shape the future of Eagles hockey by contributing your skills, experience and passion to our hockey community.
How to Apply:
Any General Member in good standing can apply by submitting:
- A letter of intent outlining your hockey background, skills, experience, and related qualifications
- Endorsement by two (2) General Members in good standing endorsing your nomination
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Thursday, January 15, 2025. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.

Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Saturday, February 17th, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Potential Open Positions:
Although specific roles will be confirmed during the first Board meeting following the AGM, we are encouraging individuals with skills and experience relevant to the following positions to apply:
- Finance
- House League
- Sponsorship
- Travel
If you have experience in finance, travel team coordination, house league management, sponsorships or similar areas, your skills could make a significant impact on our hockey community.

Once your application is received, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your submission
- Presentation at AGM:
All nominees must attend the AGM to present themselves to the membership. This is an opportunity to share your vision and qualifications with fellow members
- Membership Vote:
Voting for the new Board of Directors will take place during the AGM. Membership participation is critical to ensure a strong and representative board
Annual General Meeting (AGM):
We encourage all TSMHA members to attend the AGM and cast their votes for the incoming Board of Directors. This is your opportunity to actively participate in shaping the future of our association.
After the election, the Board will hold its first meeting to confirm specific roles for the newly elected members.
