The U10 A Eagles continued their tournament-winning ways this past weekend in Niagara Falls, ON - capturing their second tournament Championship of the year in dominant fashion.
The Eagles delivered a perfect 5-0 record, outscoring their opponents 39-0 - an astounding run of 5 consecutive shutouts. Their performance combined relentless offensive pressure with tight defence and strong goaltending.
The team's most tightly contested game was the third pool-play game - a 1-0 win over the North York Knights - where disciplined play and attention to detail carried the team to victory. From there, the Eagles soared - overwhelming the Forest Hill Force and Vaughan Panthers in back-to-back statement wins to secure the Championship.
With this title, U10 A improves to a 16-4-1 overall record. The team continues to show growth, depth and chemistry - a reflection of their hard work and togetherness on and off the ice.
