2025-26 TSMHA House League Hockey Season Information, News (Tecumseh-Shoreline Eagles)

We’re thrilled to welcome you to the 2025-26 TSMHA House League Hockey Season as we celebrate our 30th Anniversary!

• Season Begins: Saturday & Sunday, September 6 & 7, 2025
• Players will be assigned to evaluation groups (not final teams)
• Evaluations Schedule will be emailed on September 1, 2025

---

• Arrive early for registration
• Check-in tables will be set up in the arena lobby:
  • Rink A: Starts on the hour
  • Rink B: Starts on the quarter hour
• Players will receive bib numbers to wear on their jerseys

---

• Rotating game times on Sundays: 6:15 PM, 7:15 PM, 8:15 PM

---

• No separate tryouts - evaluated during House League evaluations
• Teams selected by coaches/conveners
• Max: 20 players (2 goalies, 15 skaters, 3 APs)
• Selects begin: First weekend of October
• A schedule will be created based on ice times available between all divisions in the Select Program

• Full-season interlock with Belle River Minor Hockey
• Starts: Weekend of September 27, 2025
• Schedule coming soon
• Ends in February, and then TSMHA Playdowns will start
• BLACKOUT WEEKEND - January 30 - February 1, 2025

• Save the Date: November 22 & 23, 2025
• Schedule to be emailed and posted on the website closer to the date

• Request forms available at check-in (September 6 & 7)
• Must be signed by ALL parents involved
• Sibling placement will be automatic unless requested otherwise
• Note: Not all requests can be accommodated due to team balancing

---

• New players may be placed in U5 (limited spots available)

• Jerseys will be handed out once teams are selected and will be handed out by the coaches

---

• Begins Friday, September 5 at 4 PM and runs all weekend
• Rink A - Southwest Corner
• Trade in or donate gently used equipment

• Coaches, Assistants, Trainers, and On-Ice Helpers

• Each team plays during a Spitfires game
• Each team must sell 30 tickets
• Dates have been prearranged and will be provided by head coaches

---

• U7 - U9: Only 1 parent allowed in the dressing room
• U11 & up: Parents must wait in lobby/seating - special circumstances can be discussed with the Head Coach
• Arrive a minimum of 20 minutes early for games and practices

• Please do not send video footage to coaches or the Board
• Apply the 24-hour rule before raising concerns to your Head Coach

---

• No parents allowed behind the benches
• Only certified coaches are allowed on the ice
• Do not open rink doors unless instructed by a coach
