Following up their finals appearance in the Essex EarlyBird tournament, the 2009 Atom Majors go undefeated to win the Buckeye Classic Tournament
A team of 14 young men and a lady traveled to Columbus late this past Thursday and had the privilege of playing their games at the Taft Coliseum, a venue nicknamed the Barn that has 101 years of rich history of sports teams and events, a truly nostalgic experience!
This proud group went 4-0, only giving up a total of 5 goals throughout the tournament. The team MVP was awarded...to the entire team! Each player had their shining moments across these games with some outstanding defensive efforts while sharing their puck offensively, staying disciplined and composed in all aspects facing their competition
These Eagles now prepare for further Bluewater league play and the opportunity to represent Canada at the 2019 Nations Cup at the end of November
