Reminder - Important Hospice Tournament Info
Just a friendly reminder to everyone, this is some of the information passed along to me directly via email:

Just a friendly reminder to everyone, this is some of the information passed along to me directly via email:

- Every child must hand in a pledge form with some sort of pledge on it.  This is a fundraising tournament.

- All pledges must be handed in to the Hospice Volunteers set up at the arenas before the start of the first game in order to count toward tournament points.

- 1/2 point is awarded for every $250 raised by the team as a whole up to a maximum of 5 points.

- If you have a player that will not make it to the first game, be sure to collect the pledges ahead of time and bring them with you.

Hospice provides 1 meal per team during the course of the tournament as a way of showing their appreciation to all the teams for their support.

Please note that our team will be fed at 4:15 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27 at the Atlas Tube Centre in Lakeshore following Game 7064B scheduled at 3:15 p.m.

**

We need all players to arrive at the Vollmer Centre by 8AM to ensure all pledges are submitted.

The 3 tournament games we have scheduled are based on a round-robin format - the pledge totals will contribute to the overall final standings to the round robin

As I'm sure you've all read on the pledge sheets, there are a lot of incentives for pledges.  If you need help getting to a milestone, please let me know as we could re-allocate pledges prior to Sunday

Also, please see Coach Jeremy regarding the $10 entry fee for the tournament if you haven't already done so.

On behalf of the entire coaching staff, we all want to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.  Enjoy your families and the memories made, we'll look to make some memorable ones on the ice as well!

Cheers!

Coach Lee
